Brentano Research Team (BReT)

The Brentano Research Team is a small group of researchers who are interested in the philosophical legacy of the German-Austrian philosopher Franz Brentano (1838-1917) from both historical and contemporary perspectives. BReT is a component of Creph - Centre de recherches phénoménologiques.

Brentano School Sources. This portal collects published materials by Franz Brentano and some members of his school (1866-1955). Its main goal is to identify original out-of-print editions of the texts and make them available for scholars in the field. - Funding project 2012-14: "Renaissance of Philosophy at the Turn of the 20th Century: The School of Franz Brentano (1866-1955)".
